A scrub based on natural and biodegradable powders with extraordinary virtues. Quick, easy to make and pleasant for the skin, you will leave with smoother and deeply cleansed skin!
Material
- A wooden or ceramic container
- A wooden spoon
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon of ghassoul clay
- A little water to have an easy-to-apply exfoliating texture
Steps
Mix baking soda, clay and water. Apply the preparation on the face by making small circular movements and avoiding the eye area. Rinse with clear water. After the exfoliation, do not hesitate to moisturize your face with your usual moisturizer or with virgin and organic argan oil. This scrub can be done several times a week depending on the needs of your skin.
The addition of 2 drops of essential oils is possible: lavender, rebalances dry and irritated skin. Eucalyptus, is antiseptic and purifies the skin. Tea Tree, is ideal for an anti acne scrub because it fights pimples and infections.
Benefits
In this scrub the rhassoul will play the role of cleanser. It works by absorbing excess sebum and deep impurities. Bicarbonate will play the role of exfoliant by cleaning dead cells thanks to its fine grains and lowering the acidity of the skin, a consequence of excess sebum and fat. I use pharmaceutical bicarbonate because it is the purest but you can also use food bicarbonate for body care.
This scrub is very pleasant on the skin and not at all aggressive during application. You feel a feeling of deeply cleansed skin after rinsing.
Precautions
Disinfect utensils used for preparation. Always test products on a small area of the body.
