Material

1 sheet mask
1 salad bowl (glass or wood)

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of Aloe Vera
1 teaspoon of argan oil
1/2 teaspoon nigella oil
1/2 teaspoon vegetable glycerin

Steps

Mix all the ingredients in a container, taking care to mix them well.

Apply the preparation to the face in a thick layer using a brush. Spray the "loop" side of the sheet mask with rose hydrosol or other hydrosol or water.

Place the mask on your face using the elastic bands and let it act for 15 minutes. After removing the mask, massage gently with your fingertips to optimize the penetration of excess care.

The mask is used on a clean face. The treatment does not rinse out and do not worry you will not look like a disco ball.

If your face is a little sticky and you find it unpleasant, you can use a reusable wipe with rose hydrosol.

To be done weekly or according to the needs of your skin.

Wash the mask after each use (at 30 degrees washing machine or by hand).

This is a minute treatment that cannot be kept. To have a cooling effect on the skin, you can leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes then apply it.

This mask is ideal especially for skin with skin conditions (acne, eczema...). I use it in the pre-menstrual period in case of hormonal imbalance that causes imperfections on my skin.

If you do not have any particular skin problem, you can not add black cumin oil.

Precautions
