Rhassoul clay

- In shampoo, mix the equivalent of 2 tablespoons of rhassoul with a little warm water and 1 tablespoon of a moisturizing agent of your choice, the must is aloe Vera but if you don't don't have on hand, honey or agave syrup will also do the trick. (Depending on your hair mass, you can increase the dosage). Be especially careful to pour the water little by little to prevent the mixture from being too liquid. You must obtain a creamy paste then apply it by massaging the roots, finish by distributing the excess over the lengths without rubbing them to avoid drying them out. When rinsing, the clay water that will flow from the roots will rid the lengths of its impurities. Leave on for 10 minutes while you wash your body then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water, taking the time to brush under running water at the same time to remove all clay residue and avoid the “cardboard effect”. Shampooing with rhassoul once or twice a month will help you space out your shampoos by regulating excess sebum.

- Face mask, mix an equal amount (2 teaspoons) of clay with lukewarm water (or pink hydrosol) until you obtain a smooth paste then apply it in a thick layer on the face and neck and leave for 20 minutes. Do not let dry completely, moisten occasionally if necessary to prevent hardening. Clean with a warm wet cloth then rinse with lukewarm water. Finish your treatment by moisturizing your skin with vegetable oil.

- Body wrap, mix the clay with lukewarm water until you obtain a creamy paste. Apply the preparation by hand to your skin as you would with a soap while making circular movements. Leave on for 5-10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Finish by applying a moisturizer based on vegetable oil such as argan.
