Hair care
- To give shine and vigor to your hair or to fight against dandruff, apply a few drops to the scalp and hair. Leave on for at least 30 minutes then shampoo.
- To fight against hair loss and stimulate regrowth, use a few drops that you gently massage into your scalp, once or twice a month, leave on for as long as possible (by keeping it as a mask all night for example ).

skin care
- For skin problems, black cumin oil prevents the appearance of acne pimples. Apply a few drops directly to the face, massaging in to thoroughly penetrate the oil into the epidermis. Given its natural essential oil composition, it is advisable to mix it with another non-comedogenic oil such as argan or jojoba oil.
- For dermatological problems, black cumin oil helps calm eczema and psoriasis. It also helps to nourish and regenerate dry and scaly skin.
For mature skin, black cumin oil has an anti-wrinkle effect thanks to its antioxidant properties which help fight against skin aging.
- Black cumin oil is also ideal for a massage oil base to relieve body tension.

Do not apply around eyes and mouth.
Recommended oil for skin application
Use black cumin oil mixed with another vegetable oil
Do a sensitivity test on a small area (in the bend of the elbow) before applying it to the skin.
Do not use on pregnant women and young children due to the essential oil it naturally contains.
Do not heat the oil
