COMPLEXION ENHANCING MASK

I rediscovered green clay for the face. Before my transition to natural I used ready-made tubes which made my skin very dry. Today I found what to mix it with and have the perfect combo to magnify my complexion!

Material

  • A wooden or ceramic container
  • A wooden spoon

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp green clay
  • 2 tsp rose hydrosol
  • A little water to have an easy-to-apply mask texture

    Steps

Mix clay, hydrosol and water. Apply the preparation on the face by making small circular movements. Leave on for ten minutes. The clay should not completely dry out and crack on the face. Dampen your hands with lukewarm water and peel off the mask. Once the mask is removed, rinse your face with cold water to tighten the pores.

After the mask, do not hesitate to moisturize your face with your usual cream or serum. In my routine I use a dab of aloe vera gel mixed with a few drops of argan oil. This mixture helps to repair and hydrate my skin in depth.

For problem skin you can add 3 drops of Tea Tree essential oils for its purifying and anti-inflammatory properties.

    Benefits

Green clay acts like a sponge, it absorbs grease and impurities. It purifies the skin by promoting the elimination of toxins and revives the complexion. Thus, the skin regains its radiance

Rose hydrosol is a moisturizing treatment on its own. It tones the skin and gives a radiance boost to the complexion. Its sweet and delicate scent gives the mask a relaxing virtue.

    Precautions

Disinfect utensils used for preparation. Always test products on a small area of the body.
